I was very excited to get my copy of “Rework” by Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson, founders of 37 Signals. Of course its not a secret that I am a big fan of Basecamp, and big a advocate for their thoughts on Project Management.
I’ve read this book more than once! I’m not a big reader so to have read this book > 1 time is a big statement. I love the way you can pick up any area of the book and read from there. Heck you can even read backwards and you will still get it.
The book was cleverly put together as a collection of experiences. IMHO, this is how all business books should be written. Nothing worse than reading a business[y] type of book only to find out that the author is a better writer than a business person.
